On April 14, Zhu Bixin, China Chengtong’s Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman met Yue Peng, his counterpart from Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (BSAM), and BASM’s President Zhi Jun at the Group’s headquarters. China Chengtong’s Vice President Huang Jing’an, Zhu Yue and Wang Wenjun, and General Counsel Tang Guoliang, and BASM’s Vice President Sun Jing, and Guo Zhiguo, and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Zhu Jie attended the meeting.

Zhu Bixin welcomed Yue Peng. He briefed China Chengtong’s history of development, major achievements in pilot capital operation, especially that in fund investment, equity management, asset management, financial services as well as the development of strategically-important industrial incubation platform. Zhu hoped that China Chengtong and BSAM could deepen cooperation in fund investment, health and elderly-care industry, asset management and financial services to strive for win-win development.

Yue Peng introduced the history of BSAM, and the development of its five major business sectors, namely finance, energy conservation and environmental protection, industrial park development and operation management, culture and sports, and information services, in particular, the company’s significant contributions to the successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympics and the Paralympics. BSAM is willing to work more closely with China Chengtong in fund investment, health and elderly-care industry, digital transformation and financial services to achieve concerted growth.

Head of China Chengtong’s General Office, Department of Operations and Management, Department of Digital Management and Department of Assets Management, and China Health and Elderly Care Group, and relevant personnel from BSAM participated in the meeting.
